General information

Digital Map of Lithuania GPS200 is a digital map for the entire territory of Lithuania in scale 1:200000 and designed to use for GPS receivers, that have map load in function. This map is introduced only into “Magellan” series GPS receivers for this moment.

Digital Map of Lithuania GPS200 is prepared on the background of Lithuanian Geoinformation Data Base GDB200^®. This map has colorful and uncoloured version. Co-ordinate system of GPS200 is WGS84.

Data

Digital Map of Lithuania GPS200 contains the following objects:

• populated places (cities, towns, villages);
• roads (highways, highways of county and region importance, local roads);
• rialroads (broads and narrow gauge railroads, railway sations);
• rivers, lakes, ponds and forests;
• airports.

It is possible to perfomr search for particular geographic object name in the GPS receiver.

Distribution

The copyright for Digital Map of Lithuania GPS200 belongs to the State Enterprise “GIS-Centras”.

This map is distributed together with “Magellan” series GPS receivers or this map can be introduced to the GPS receiver in the Map Store at the State Enterprise “GIS-Centras” by giving the User licence.

Introduction of Digital Map of Lithuania GPS200 in the GPS receiver costs 50 Litas (LTL), including VAT (1EUR=3.4528 LTL).
