GDB Latvia at scale 1:200000 includes the following objects: rivers and other water bodies, land uses, administrative division, populated places, roads, railroads, pipes of supply, seaports, airports, border crossing points, post offices, gas-stations, accomodation offices, academic institutions, museums, health care centers, culture institutions, nature restricted territories, diplomatic missions, tourist information centers, lighthouses, churches and chapels, bus stations, hills, mounds, amusement places.

Assignement clauses

Data base is assigned in ETRS-89 (LKS-92) and LKS-94 co-ordinate systems.

GDB Latvia at scale 1:200000 is assigned in SHAPE data format. Data is provided for the territory of Latvia in separate layers. Data can be recalculated to other co-ordinate systems, mapjoined, converted and assigned in different formats upon a separate agreement.

The copyright of GDB Latvia at scale 1:200000 belongs to the publishing house “Jāņa sēta”. State Enterprise “GIS-Centras” is the official distributor for raster maps of the publishing house “Jāņa sēta” in Lithuania. GDB Latvia at scale 1:200000 geodata is assigned for the users after signing licence agreement with the State Enterprise “GIS-Centras”.
